Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making a purchase from BeeSpoken. By accessing our website and purchasing our handmade, one-of-a-kind candles, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Standard terms and conditions

1. Acceptance of Order
This Purchase Order is an offer by the Buyer to purchase the goods and/or services described on the face hereof (the "Goods") from the Seller. Acceptance is expressly limited to the terms and conditions contained herein. Any different or additional terms proposed by the Seller are objected to and hereby rejected. Seller accepts this Order by signing and returning an acknowledgment copy, by commencing work, or by shipping the Goods.

2. Pricing and Payment
The price for the Goods shall be as stated on the face of the Purchase Order and is not subject to increase. Payment will be made within the terms specified (e.g., Net 30 days) after the later of satisfactory delivery/acceptance of Goods or receipt of a correct invoice. The price includes all taxes, packaging, and shipping costs unless otherwise specified.

3. Delivery and Risk of Loss
Delivery of the Goods must be on the specified date(s). The Seller retains title and risk of loss until the Goods are delivered and accepted by the Buyer. Acceptance of late or defective deliveries does not waive the Buyer's right to cancel the order.

4. Inspection and Rejection
All purchases are final.  No returns accepted.

5. Warranties
No Warranties available.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Order is governed by the laws of New York and any legal action must be filed in the appropriate court within that jurisdiction.

Candle use disclaimer

Please be aware of the following safety guidelines when using BeeSpoken candles:

  • Keep out of the reach of children.
  • Potential fire hazard.
  • Use with caution.

BeeSpoken is not responsible for any damages or injuries resulting from the misuse of our candles. Always burn candles within sight and on a stable, heat-resistant surface.

Returns and refunds

All sales are final. No returns accepted.

At BeeSpoken, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade candles. Due to the unique nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds. Please consider your purchase carefully.
